It looks like “Cloudsurf” wasn’t the only trademark Sony filed during the holidays. A trademark for the term “VoyAgent” has also been discovered. Someone at Sony was clever enough to think of a way to combine “voyage” and “agent” into one word.
According to the paperwork, VoyAgent applies to “game services provided on-line from a computer network; entertainment services, namely, providing on-line computer games, music, video and related information; rental of audio equipment; online distribution of music, image or video; providing on-line electronic publications, not downloadable; online distribution of radio and television programs.”
Oh, the ambiguity of trademarks.
