Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter received an update today via Steam. It addresses numerous issues as well as adds some new functionality, most notably the ability to record in single player (score!). Digital Devolver encourages gamers to "rock that tonight."
The full list of fixes and other major changes are listed after the break.
Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter released on Xbox Live Arcade earlier this week. In the spirit of being awesome, Brave New Gamer is giving away five codes for it. We'll be giving the codes away throughout the weekend on Twitter, so be sure to follow us @bravenewgamer!
The contest is open worldwide, and the codes will be going out in a drawing-like fashion. All you need to do to enter for a chance to win is to retweet us when we make the announcement. Pretty simple, right? We'll be picking five random RT's over the course of the weekend, so stay tuned!
Majesco Entertainment announced today that Croteam's Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter is now available on XBLA. Gamers and "'bad-A%#s' in training" can pick the game up for 1200 MS Points.
"This game takes my good looks, swarthy charm and timeless cool from the original version and ups it to a level of god-like brilliance," says Sam 'Serious' Stone (he's a real person, didn't you know?). "Gamers can even play online with up to three friends to wipe out the thorn in my side known as the Sirian Army."
So seriously, put your badass hat on and shoot some headless, bomb-wielding dudes.
