It was revealed a couple weeks ago through an ESRB description that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will feature one or more single player missions that take place during WWII. A video of one such mission was leaked recently, which you can check out above.
Bad Company 2 hits stores March 2 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
Sonic the Hedgehog 4 was revealed yesterday with Sega pinning it as a "Summer 2010" release. That window has been narrowed down today thanks to the people over at Sonic Stadium. The game will be releasing this July. In addition to that information, is confirmation that an iPhone version of the game will be coming also.
Looks like Sega needs to be a little more careful with its website assets.
We recently learned about Visceral Games' plan for Dante's Inferno DLC, but today more info the the content has leaked, including a trailer for it. The first add-on will be called Trials of St. Lucia, and it will include a co-op mode and something totally awesome: a mission maker, which will allow players to create their own hellish representations of, well, hell.
As I said, a trailer for the DLC leaked as well, so check that out above.
Last month, voice actor Jon St. John hinted that Duke Nukem Forever might still be in production. Yesterday, a new gameplay video, allegedly of the game, emerged. It's difficult to know for sure, but it appears to be legitimate. What do you reckon?
The video quality is shite, but it's better than nothing, right? RIGHT?
Take this all with a grain of salt, but apparently some info on the next Legend of Zelda game for Wii has leaked on the 2chan message boards (a Japanese board known for leaking information on big titles early). The game will reportedly feature time travel and Link's horse Epona will return, along with horseback combat. The leak also suggests that the core gameplay of the game is complete, and Nintendo is just working on polishing the story and characters. Check out the full list of details after the break, courtesy of Zelda Informer.
The first map pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be a timed-exclusive on the Xbox 360, releasing sometime this spring. A video has surfaced on YouTube revealing what some of the new maps might be, including a couple original Modern Warfare classics in the form of a separate map pack. The author of the video claims it's legitimate (O RLY?), and they say they will have all of the new additions posted next week. Activision has not commented (and likely won't) on the alleged leak.
Take a look at the video above and decide for yourself. Full list of maps posted after the break.
A Norwegian newspaper is reporting that downloadable content for Mass Effect 2 will be available on or around the game's release. The report indicates that weapons and armor will be part of the DLC, but also an unlockable planet a new bounty hunter ally named Zaeed Messani. DLC will allegedly be downloaded from "Cerberus Network," an in-game storefront.
Interestingly enough, the article found on the website has since been taken down.
The footage below is supposedly from Sega and Obsidian's Aliens RPG, which was canned last year. Instead the developer began work on Alpha Protocol and Fallout: New Vegas. The footage looks like it's from the very early stages of the game, which probably didn't get too far into development anyways.
