According to Reuters out of Tokyo, the personal data of 2500 sweepstakes users from 2001 that was stolen by hackers has been removed from the internet. This announcement has come with another, more painful bit of news. Sony has delayed the return of it's PSN service, and they have not announced when it will come back.

Good news for PS3 owners who fondly remember or recall the 2003 cult classic adventure game Beyond Good & Evil. Not to be outdone by Microsoft, Sony has announced that the Playstation 3 will get an HD treatment of the game giving PS3 owners what Sony calls "...the best version of Beyond Good & Evil yet." featuring improved visuals and sound. Specifics on the exact release date are mum, but Sony expects the title to be available on the Playstation Store this May.
For the uninitiated, Beyond Good & Evil was developed and released by Ubisoft back in 2003 on the PC, Playstation 2, Gamecube, and Xbox. The title was highly regarded by critics and gamers alike garnering a metacritic score of 87%. Despite the high praise and cult like following, Beyond Good & Evil did not sell well leaving it to be labeled a commercial disappointment much to the chagrine of the game's fans.

Take a moment and ask yourself how much money you've really spent on PC gaming peripherals. Sans a high quality keyboard and mouse you probably didn't come up with a substantial amount, and for good reason. Gaming gadgets are a mixed bag. For every one product that delivers anything worthwhile there is a counter collective of misguided ideas and plastic doo-hickeys that fail to bring anything to the table. As a result 'innovative' gaming gadgets tend to go unnoticed, which in turn robs the noteworthy peripherals of their time in the limelight. Case in point, the Novint Falcon, a hap-tics based 3D touch game controller from Novint Technologies. There is one goal behind the Falcon. Allow players to interact with the virtual world in a way they have never before. Does the Falcon succeed or is this another gadget out of touch with its ambitions?
Good news for trivia buffs who might be on the fence about Jellyvision's recently released You Don't Know Jack. Xbox owners can now get their feet wet with a demo for the game from the Xbox Live marketplace. You Don't Know Jack is best played with four players who have a deep seated desire to wreck up each other's day, though if friends are hard to come by you can take on the game's AI which may convincingly feign ignorance and maybe let you win, despite the fact it has all the answers. It's best not to think about that though. It might make you sad.

So Fallout: New Vegas has only been out for a few months now and Bethesda is already releasing the first Downloadable Content for the game, in an extra chapter named Dead Money. By doing so, they are following in the footsteps of Fallout 3 in the release of frequent, vast, and great DLC. But just how great is Dead Money?
The latest outing in the Dead Rising saga has Chuck Greene still trying to clear his name after the horrible events of Fortune City. With the help of his trusty duct tape and the aid of the original Dead Rising protagonist Frank West, Chuck sets out to expose pharmaceutical company Phenotrans for who they really are While not introducing anything entirely new, Case West does make a big splash for an arcade title. The Phenotrans facility is vastly bigger than the small town of Still Creek featured in Case Zero, along with the bigger locale comes a plethora of new weapons such as the Bone Saw, Impact Hammer and Electric Prod. Along with new weapons come with new enemies, only a few though, such as the Security Personnel who come equipped with Assault Rifles, regular and flash grenades and sometimes Riot Shields, the Zombie Handlers who are only equipped with the electric prods, and then the Heavy Security Personnel that come equipped with the impact hammers.
