We were delighted to hear PopCap's quirky tower-defense game Plants vs. Zombies was coming to iPhone. It was originally set for "late 2009," then "late January." It's now late January, and alas, no zombie-combating shrubbery to be seen on Apple's gadget. PopCap dropped the bad news yesterday, confirming the game would be getting yet another delay.
"Apologies for the lack of updates regarding PvZ iPhone. The game has been further delayed, but we are *confident* it will launch in mid Feb," PopCap tweeted.
So, by mid-February they mean March? Let's hope not.
