PC gamers might still be bumming about some certain design decisions made by Infinity Ward, but there might be some hope, at least for the modding community. When asked about dedicated servers and mod tools by a fan on Twitter, Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling said, "Nothing on Dedicated Servers, but there may be some Mod Tools news coming in the future, I'll pass it along once I have it."
Sure, it's not much, but I can't imagine him saying it if there were no plans at all for modding tools. It definitely gives the impression that they are on the way, which is great news for PC gamers.
