GameStop has a listing for Dead Space 2 putting the game at an early January release, January 2011 that is, and EA has never actually revealed a release date, let alone a release year for the game. In the Game Informer interview, the game's executive producer Steve Papoutsis stated, "We're committed to delivering this game at the highest quality level possible. It's going to ship when it's ready." That might indicate the game will release later than expected.
I guess our next adventure with Isaac Clarke will just have to wait.

I’m pretty sure it said the game would come out some time next year. As in 2010. Yes, it is a possibility it could have a setback and be released later.
